Refund Policy

At Arsh Digital Marketing, we are committed to delivering high-quality educational content and digital programs through The Pro Product (TPP).

We understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned, which is why we have a clear and fair refund policy outlined below.

Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are only provided when a student has purchased a course or program less than 7 days ago (168 hours from the time of purchase).

There are no exceptions to this policy.

Our refund policy is a “no questions asked” policy, meaning that as long as your refund request is submitted within 168 hours of purchase, you will receive a full refund — no explanation required.

After the 7-day (168-hour) period has passed, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

How to Request a Refund

Please include the following details in your email:

• Your full name

• The email address used for your purchase

• Proof of purchase (such as your receipt or confirmation email)

• The name of the product or program

Once verified, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.

Please allow up to 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be provided under the following conditions:

• The purchase was made more than 7 days (168 hours) ago.

• The product has been accessed, downloaded, or substantially used after the refund period.

• You have violated our Terms of Use or engaged in fraudulent activity.
